Data Backup

Teletek Cloud Platform offers an isolated backup environment, which you can manage either through our expert team or yourself via a Virtual Data Center. You can create backup rules for your servers and applications, restore backups to the Virtual Data Center, and ensure the security of your data.

When you create a backup rule, the data is sent from the moving disk unit to isolated storage units that are closed to the internet and accessible only by our certified engineers for maintenance and update operations in accordance with security procedures. You can perform the data restoration process yourself via the panel.

If you wish, you can perform cold backups by regularly copying your data to cartridge units.

Teletek is a Service Provider-level partner of Veeam. With years of experience gained with Veeam, we serve our customers. Our Veeam Backup and Replication solutions allow you to protect your data via agent, whether on the Teletek Cloud Platform or in locations outside our platform. Our expert engineers can create data protection plans and perform integration on your behalf, from your laptops to servers in remote offices. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, you can restore your backed-up data without needing Teletek engineers.

The backup agent installed on our customer's systems encrypts the data and sends it to Veeam's cloud repository. All backup traffic is protected by end-to-end encryption, and data can be quickly restored upon request.
